Quality beginning to shine through with a solid defence giving the midfielders and wingers a sigh a relief! Dave is well backed and comfort levels are rising slowly but surely.
Midfielders when collecting ball from defense are turning well enough and working well with wingers and attacker. Better central control with authority. Opposition was dirty early so we got stuck in well, backing up the defence. Hazell in particular striking fear by hard work, speed, power and a real gutsy performance.
Injury rested Hussain and Gough decent performance and finding the best passes regularly
Klick sub with Lewis, worked pretty well, both giving a good show. Couple of close calls with Klicks shooting on tight angles, the confidence definitely growing. Lewis good bursts on the right, in particular towards the end, tracking back. Much Better.
Aqibs, quality, trademark finish. Opportunities to bag a few more were well presented however.
Overall a well structured win. Hunger and belief setting in.
